How to Become an ASC
As a global, vendor-neutral credential, the CompTIA Authorized Service Center name proves to clients that their technicians are knowledgeable, capable professionals. Major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers accept CompTIA certifications as the industry standard in foundation-level, vendor-neutral certifications for service technicians.
The program designates businesses with a certain percentage of technicians who are CompTIA certified. To apply, participants need to submit a list of company technicians to CompTIA. We will check our database to verify technicians’ names and certifications. All designations require an annual fee, which is discounted for CompTIA members. Businesses applying for Gold status have 90 days after application to have applicable staff complete Customer Service Excellence Program training.

50 percent CompTIA A+ certified technical staff

100 percent

CSEP accredited technical staff

CompTIA Network & Server Support Authorized Service Center
