The Initiative for Software Choice (ISC) is a global coalition of large and small companies committed to advancing the concept that multiple competing software markets should be allowed to develop and flourish unimpeded by government preference or mandate.

techVoice
The role of techVoice.org is to help educate, motivate, and channel the views of IT workers to policymakers, and encourage these government influencers to pass legislation that helps both the economy and the IT industry to grow and flourish.

e-Skills ILB (e-Skills Industry Leadership Board)
Founded on 7 June 2007 in the presence of Vice-President Guenther Verheugen of the European Commission, with the vision of “Fostering 21st century e-skills and digital literacy of Europe’s workforce and citizens for a competitive, innovative and inclusive Europe”, the e-Skills ILB is set to lead the ICT sector’s contribution to the development and implementation of a long term e-skills and digital literacy agenda in Europe.

Members involved with CompTIA’s public policy initiatives come from a unique pool of diverse organizations and industries, being comprised of software producers, hardware manufacturers, ISPs, applications services providers, telecoms, technology solution providers, resellers, private and non-profit training institutions and retail enterprises, among others.
