CompTIA provides a community where IT executives with specific interests come together, both in-person and online, to build partnerships, share best practices, and address specific issues related to their businesses.

Here’s one example of how our executive forums produce results: Some of the companies in our IT Services and Support Section wanted a low-cost way to measure customer satisfaction. As a result, CompTIA helped to create and fund the ServiceMetric Benchmark program, which surveys a company’s recent customers and confidentially compares the results to other service organizations. This allows service providers to pinpoint problem areas and provide targeted employee training, which results in increased customer satisfaction and referral business.

Our executive forums are led by the people who know the business best – you. Forum members decide which problems to address and how to address them, making membership invaluable to those who participate.

CompTIA also offers a dynamic online community and portal for software executives, called SoftwareCEO.
