Health IT Special Interest Group

CompTIA has created the Health IT Special Interest Group to better facilitate its understanding of the Health IT marketplace. Members will discuss issues and opportunities related to the field, which could lead to CompTIA programs, credentials or educational opportunities.

There are tremendous opportunities in Health IT. Electronic records, prescriptions and other IT tools can not only create more business in the IT sector, but can reduce doctor and pharmacist errors, create a more comprehensive and clear recording system, and reduce healthcare costs.
